Help I want to start The Smash Diet.
 

I really want to start the fat smash diets but right now I cant really afford to buy the book. I was wondering if someone could give me in full detail the different phases. It would much appreciated. God Bless and good luck!!!!!!!:carrot:

Hi :) Unfortunately, we can't share the full details of the phases because the author and publishers would smash us :lol: The book is really cheap, though, in comparison to other diet books. I think I paid 7 bucks for my copy. Your local library probably has it, too :)
