Fat Smash and Wine,
 

I know that on the fat smash diet it says no alcohol, but I am wondering if you are allowed fruit juices, what is the harm in one glass of wine at night, instead of juice? I am alil perplexed by this.:?:

No alcohol means no alcohol. .

So while it does say scrap it I will admit that during my time of fat smashing I have indulged in a glass (or 2) or wine with a meal or at night once in a great while. It didn't cause my weight loss to slow or anything so I say go for it.

The Fat Smash Extreme allows 2 - 6 oz glasses of wine a week.
