Every time I've strayed, I've gone back onto phase one to focus myself again. Lately I've been straying a lot, so i've been going back to detoxing a lot. I always feel that once I get through those 9 days, I'm pretty focused for a while. I know there are others who do the same thing. Plus, I've heard a lot of people say that if they had a bad day, then the next day, they'll do phase one to try to make up for the other day.
