EFS Please Help...

I have been doing cycle 1 for a few days now...well, what i think is EFS anyway. May be FS...
Could someone please tell me what the unlimited things are and what the limits are on other things. From what i have read i believe it to be,
All vegetables apart from avocado and potato
All fruit
1cup oatmeal
1cup brown rice
herbs and spices
Tofu (i'm a strict vegetarian so very happy about this!)
ok this is the bit i'm not sure whether there are restrictions...beans and things like that....chickpeas, lentils...are there restrictions on these? If not i have an amazing spicy lentil recipe!

Anyone's input would really be appreciated! hope everyone's doing well and feeling good!

You're talking about the regular Fat Smash. EFS is different because it actually gives you meal plans for every single day so there's not guess work.

I'm doing EFS right now so I couldn't tell you the exact guidelines of FS... sorry

Hi, I'm new too...

Hi, Jessica. I'm new to EFS and on Day 4 and have read the first 55 pages of the book. I'm reading as I get to each day and look into the next day's plan the day before to make sure I have the food and time to exercise. Like Brittany said, there are specific meals (and also cardio exercise times) for each day. Dr. Ian Smith even mentions in the book that you should follow it exactly to get the results you want. EFS is for people that have 10-25 lbs. to lose and want to lose it rather quickly. There are limits on things like beans because he specifies a certain amount on certain days. For example, on some days you are allowed one cup. You also have to exercise (cardio) for about an hour a day. If you want to do the EFS, I would recommend getting the paperback book because it has a specific meal plan and room where you can journal right after each day's plan. I write with pencil in the book and I believe this keeps me on track. It costs about $13.95 in paperback (more with tax) for a new copy but I'm sure you could probably get it cheaper somewhere or try the library and take notes and keep your own journal. If you don't want to have each day mapped out for you, then maybe you can look into the original Fat Smash plan. However, I think that one is recommended for people who need to lose more than 25 pounds. I have to lose about 15-20 lbs. so I am doing EFS. Whichever one you choose, good luck...you can do this!

I'd love your lentil recipe! I've been a vegetarian for 10 years and only started using them in the past year, thanks to Fat Smash!
