According to the book I wasn't suppose to.....
Weigh myself but I couldn't help it. Today I weighed in at 245 which is 7lbs down since monday when I started smashing! Im so excited. I also work out about five days a week but have been doing that for about three weeks now I am just having faith in myself to stick to it.......its all in the mind:) THats what I keep telling myself! Seeing everyone's progress alone is so motivational that is something that also helps me along each day! :D
