Help!! Whatcha think?
 

Hello all,

This is my 2nd time starting FS and I am only on day 2 of Phase 1. Are we allowed to eat the MEATLESS BOCA BURGERS?? They also have BOCA MEATLESS BRATWURSTS, CHICKEN NUGGETS, AND PATTIES? Can we eat these too? They are soy and when reading the ingredients it didn't say anything that we couldn't have. Just wondering...'cause if so, this is a good alternative and adds more variety. Thanks
