Daily Thread?
 

Would love to start a daily/check in thread here if anyone is interested. There seems to be people following the program that check it every once in a while and just thought it might nice to offer support on a daily basis!

Thank you for the support emmasmom1 :) I feel the same way... so how are you doing? Are you on Fat Smash or Extreme FS? Well let me know how you're doing! A lot of the FS forum seems pretty dead someone needs to wake everyone up ;) Well I'm off to work! Have a nice day & hope you do good!!
