Question Smoothies under 200cal????

Can anyone give me a good receipe for a smoothie under 200 Cal? I'm starting the Extreme Fat Smash this week. Thank you so much for any help.

Hi, welcome to 3FC

The book has a handful of smoothie recipes beginning on page 198. Basically, just measure out your fruit and add a little bit of yogurt, milk, and/or water and process in your blender. Most of his recipes include banana, which he says to avoid in the first cycle, so you could leave them out and they sound like they would still be tasty
