Default Nervous about phase 4

I have been doing FSD since Aug.1 and have lost. 20 pounds. I am getting ready to go into the final phase and I'm very nervous about it. The hardest part I think in getting the workouts in. Not sure if I can handle the freedom of phase 4 yet. Might try phase 2 for a week to work my self up. ( have not been able to go back to phase 1 yet)

I hear ya!

I'm very reluctant to be in Phase III. It seems like it's opening the floodgates to bad behavior and sugary foods. Plus my weight loss has slowed from 2-3 lbs per week to only 1.

But I think that's the "good" part of the plan -- it's a lifestyle change. I can't go the rest of my life avoiding cookies and carbs so it's best to learn self-control.

I think I'll stick to my Phase II/III combo with one day of Phase I every week.

By the way, GREAT progress!!!

It has taught me some self control. But it is so easy to slip back into the bad habits. This last week before P4 seems like it's taking forever. Knowing that I can have a Latte in 3 days is killing me. I also can't wait to have pizza guilt free. I keep trying to do P1 once a week since I started P3,but have done it once. Good for you for being able to stick to P1.

Well just my few cents to add in. I think as you transition into phase 4 you have to be aware of the freedoms that you have and allow yourself small ones, but just don't go overboard. For me I've found that if I have to much that I shouldn't, then I'll just go back to Phase 1 for a week and then pick back up where I left off.

Thanks for the advice. I think that's what I'm going to do next week. It's been a rough week. Congrats on all the weight loss. I also have to step up my workout. That is the hardest part of all this.
