Hi, welcome to 3FC :)

Do you have the book yet? It has a list of foods you are allowed to eat, plus some good recipes. If you browse this forum, you'll find some sample menus that might help, too. Go all the way back to the older posts, because we used to have a lot more members on Fat Smash, so there are more menus and tips further back :)
