Success story ! (sort of...)
 

Entered FS with a goal to lose weight so that the hospital would approve us for IVF treatment, and to be approved you have to have a BMI below 30. We've been trying to get pregnant for the past 3 years almost, without success, and in February we were promised a referal to a special hospital. In June we finally got an appointment to see a doctor on August 14 (=tomorrow)

During my detox in June/July (which I did for 13 days) I lost 10 pounds and I was convinced nothing could stop me. :carrot: Actually I had already reached my short term goal of BMI below 30. Then I went on a holiday with my fiancee, we went camping and during those few weeks I gained 5 pounds :(

However, after returning home, I find myself not being able to lose those 5 or any of the other extra pounds I've gained over the years. I'm PREGNANT:D and it all happened in a perfect natural way!:o

Now I find myself looking for another healthy diet, this time with a focus on not gaining too much during the next 8 months. Suggestions are appreciated.

Had a purely selfish need to share this success story with someone beside my fiancee. We've decided to keep it a secret from the rest of the world for a few more weeks. :)

GOD IS GOOD!!!!:cp: Thats wonderful news and to think you were going to see a Dr. tomorrow. Everything happens in its own time we just have to be patient. Just couldn't hold it had to tell somebody...lol... Anywoo don't over exert yourself and take it easy.
