canned soup on FS

Yesterday was day 8 for me and I do not know what was wrong. My stomach was tossing and turning and I was starting to think I was feeling sick from eating so many different veggies. I did not want to eat ANYTHING but knew I had to in order for my metabolism to keep going. I love soup so I bought some campbells vegetarian soups. All the ingredients are allowed in Phase 1, that I know, however could these canned soups actually hinder weight loss since I know they have quite a bit of sodium and salt is not very good for weight loss. I know about the low fat/low sodium broths, I have those but I wanted a thick veggie one like the sweet pepper & tomato one that I had last night. Today my stomach is better and I am on my last day of Phase 9! Clothes fit loose this morning..yay:carrot:

Hi Amanda,

Yeah we are on our last day for phase 1!!!! My clothes feel looser too and I feel skinner :) About the soup not only do they have lots of sodium but flour and starches as well. :( but today just drink lots of water more then usual to flush out that stuff from your system and you should be fine. The book says it has a lil room for mistakes and hiccups. Can't wait til tomorrow...

cya tomorrow gl :)

Morning Amanda, I don't think this will hender you too much. In the book it did suggest fresh or frozen veggies over canned. However, this is not something you normally do so you should be fine. Remember water....water.....water. Good Luck I hope the both of you achieved the results you were expecting. I am on day 5 so I am not too far behind.
