Tuna on FS

I see that we can have tuna - 3 oz. on Phase 2. Can this be canned tuna, as long as we eat the specific amount, or does it have to be fresh? Thanks!

Canned should be fine, as long as it's water packed. You might also see if it's low sodium. I can't remember if some brands add salt or not.
