I am on day 7....so I guess 5lbs isnt bad.
right now I am walking about 1/2 mile...thats just to my mail box! (weather permitting out here in Illinois!) and keep really busy with yard & garden work.
here is just a sample....different every day...
veg,bean & brown rice soup in crockpot now
breakfast- egg whts with peppers & mushrooms
snack -ff-yogurt and small banana
lunch- veg. chili
snack-ff jello,fruit
dinner- salad
snack- yogurt or fruit
oh and water...water..water!
