stuck ar 5lb loss!! ugh

  • it just doesn't seem to be coming off.....but..I have to admit, I may be weighing myself way more than I should be....maybe I just need to "step away" and the diet work. Anyone else scale obssesed during phase 1 ??.....lol
  • 5 pounds is great! How long have you been on it?

    Could you post a sample menu for us, maybe we could make some suggestions? Are you exercising?
  • yes but i try not to be!! im on day 7 and weighed the other day and i lost 2 lbs..im hoping by saturday it will read a 5 lb loss in total ...i'll freak out if it stays the same!
  • I am on day 7....so I guess 5lbs isnt bad.
    right now I am walking about 1/2 mile...thats just to my mail box! (weather permitting out here in Illinois!) and keep really busy with yard & garden work.
    here is just a sample....different every day...
    veg,bean & brown rice soup in crockpot now

    breakfast- egg whts with peppers & mushrooms
    snack -ff-yogurt and small banana
    lunch- veg. chili
    snack-ff jello,fruit
    dinner- salad
    snack- yogurt or fruit
    oh and water...water..water!
