Thinking of trying this
 

I am considering trying this diet. I like that it is relatively short "cycled". Also that everyweek changes. I am thinking of buying the book, is that necessary? Or is there a website that leads you? I would love to hear more from people on this. I only have about 15-20lbs to lose and have been pretty "stuck" from what I have seen so far I think I would be a Gamma?

I would buy the book, or look for it at your local library. It doesn't cost much and is easier to follow if you can write stuff in your own copy. We aren't supposed to put all the details, and there are lots, in the posts.
