I am considering trying this diet. I like that it is relatively short "cycled". Also that everyweek changes. I am thinking of buying the book, is that necessary? Or is there a website that leads you? I would love to hear more from people on this. I only have about 15-20lbs to lose and have been pretty "stuck" from what I have seen so far I think I would be a Gamma?
