I know it doesn't help, but I'm in the same place as you are. 130-135. Stuck. Doesn't move out of that range. It's driving me CRAZY!

I was stuck for a couple of weeks on EFS at my usual plateau weight. I went off the diet for a week, following the guidelines for maintenance but eating more than I had been during the diet phases and exercising every other day for 90 min. I also drank lots and lots of plain water that week and no diet sodas or crystal light or alcohol. After a week of that, I went back to the first phase and have started losing again. Slowly, but still going down. I don't know if it's what I did or if it's a coincidence, but I'm grateful to start having results again!

Thanks maybe my body has just become used to the diet!
I might try to come off for a week or so and try something else and see how it goes and increase my cardio!

I know Nikki it is so frustrating!!! But well done- everyone has done great so far
:D

You may try increasing your cardio even more and doing a different type as well (e.g. running instead of aerobics). Are you doing any resistance training? You could try that to see if it helps the scale move. Hang in there, keep trying and the scale will start moving again.

Try lifting weights a few days a week along with your cardio. If you life light weights (3-8 lbs) for a lot of reps, you will build muscle but not bulk up. This helps you to lose weight more quickly. You also get toned! (And drink a lot of water and stretch to avoid soreness).
