Weekend is killing me on Phase 1
 

I am struggling on this Phase 1 diet. Thank God it's Sunday night and the weekend is almost over. What a challenge! I love the weekends- love eating out, love cooking breakfast for the family... but not while on Phase 1. All I want to do is eat!

You might not be eating enough.......remember, you can have all the fruits and vegies you want.....the oatmeal is really filling, and I do the egg whites in an everything omelette......mostly onions and peppers...add some hominy corn..really more of a frittata, I guess.....but through some salsa on it....wonderful..summer is fruit time, fresh raspberries..best time to smash..also, I use Basamati brown rice with lots of beans and Mexican flavors....awesome

Thanks for the advice- I'll make it! 5 days to go~
