Extremely. I haven't felt hungry or dizzy even though the calories aren't
that high.

Not sure, still too afraid to buy a new scale...but my pants are getting very loose. I think I've lost about 10 pounds.

4. Are you happy with this diet plan?

So far, yes. One of my biggest problems is just getting used to cooking and preparing food, but this is way better than eating McDonalds and Taco Bell every day. I haven't been doing the exercise as much as I should though, I need to get more motivated.

5. Would you recommend this diet to others?

Absolutely. I've never really tried a diet before, mostly because all of the fad diets out there seemed either too unreasonable or too expensive. On the Fat Smash diet I actually feel full all the time and am probably spending way less on food than I normally would. At first I thought giving up cheese, bread, and alcohol would be so hard for me, but it's actually turned out ok.

I realize, though, that I'm lucky to be single. I can't imagine how hard this diet would be if I had children or was in a relationship. I really don't see how any one could eat out, at least on the detox phase, and making "real" food for other people would be too much temptation for me.

I am also spending a LOT of time prepping meals and thinking ahead, which is a good thing. The first long day at school was difficult, because I wasn't well prepared. I don't have access to a fridge or microwave, so I ended up just eating an energy bar and berries. After doing some research though, I found a great energy bar (Greens +), and have two of those and a banana for lunch. It doesn't look like that much, but it definitely fills me up and keeps me working hard during the day.

5. Would you recommend this diet to others?

As of last week, total weight loss - 25 pounds and counting !!

I am very happy. I am in phase 3, only had meat (turkey burger) once. This plan is perfect for me, since I am not a true meat eater...

Of course, mother, cousin and sister have already started.

I am very happy with this diet. I'm not hungry because I eat so often.

For the most part yes. It's restrictive and yet you have so many options and choices that you forget there are so many things that you are not eating. The only issue I have is that so much weight comes off during the first phase that when you get into the second phase and you are not losing the weight as quickly it can be a bit of a let down.

5. Would you recommend this diet to others?
I definitely would. I think it's a great way to re-evaluate your usual food choices and it made me fall in love with fruits and veggies all over again.
