Herbal Tea?

I just bought my FS book today. Yeah!!:D I read that you have to drink herbal tea during Phase 1. I was wondering if there is a certain kind that taste the best or if there are any specifications on what kind to get. I appreciate any help.

Thanks

I recommend getting Celestial Seasonings Fruit Sampler, its really yummy and for me its good cuz I never liked any kind of tea until I tried these...they have such flavors like:

Raspberry Zinger, Cranberry Apple Zinger, Black Cherry Berry, Tangerine Orange Zinger and Contry Peach Passion...all in the same box so that way ya get a nice variety!

very easy to make take about 1 1/3 cup of boiling water pour into a coffee cup and drop one tea bag cover with a saucer for about 30 minutes or sooo you can leave it on the kitchen counter for all day even. I pour it into a glass of ice....no sugar needed at all.

Good Luck on your Fat Smash'n

I don't really care for hot tea, so I get the iced green tea from Starbucks and just add a couple splenda

Is it okay to use the already made bottles of Green Tea? That is all I have seen at my grocery store.

You don't have to drink tea. It's just allowed if you'd like to include it.

If you choose a bottled tea, make sure it doesn't have sugar. I prefer to brew my own :T

Is Green Tea a herbal tea? It doesn't say anything about being herbal. As long as it doesn't have sugar on the nutrients is it ok??
