hi, can i eat the eggs in the cartons in the 1st phase?

Hi ya...only Egg Whites....I use All Whites Brand they are really good shake them up well before using them.

Oh I jus posted a good recipe with them in the top of this FS forum lobby area. check it out...really yummy!

If I was to just use the regular eggs and take out the yolk, how do I cook them? Do I fry them in olive oil or what?

I spray the pan with Pam when I scramble my whites.
