I'm thrilled...I'm right now starting my 3rd day and I know I'm not suppose to weigh myself but couldnt help it...I've lost 2 pounds i'm sooooooo excited. I had platued for a long time now and kinda of was giving up on any eating plan was in my thinking, this was my last ditch effort becuz I've worked out faithfully and dieted starved myself and nothing was working for months. This is really easy and I'm making great food and so far not dizzy or weak...I'm very happy!!!

Also wanna give a special shout out to Amanda cuz without her knowing it her post about starting July 12 is what got me to really commit to starting on july 12th too.
