Weekly/daily check in thread?

Would anyone be interested in a thread to check in daily? I saw that someone tried a while back but it didn't last and there seems to be a great group here now that are all looking to succeed and I thought it might be fun and helpful to have place to post...Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome!

Thanks so much :)

Sounds good to me too. I'm in. Do we pick a day of the week for everyone to check in or let each pick our own day and check in then?

I was just thinking to check in every day if you want - just to say how you are doing, chat with each other, if there are any problems or questions? Just a place to say Hi if you want :D

Count me in too

Hi Everyone,

Count me in too. I started the Fat Smash a month ago. But I had a lot of parties and functions that it was really hard to stay on detox, with all that. I gained 4 lbs! Well, I'm not too happy about that. I'm starting again on July 16th. I want to lose 33 lbs before December. I have not been under 200lbs in over 10years.

I think checking with each other everyday will help us all.
Good luck!

Hang in there, CurvyGirl! Give yourself two more days before you weigh yourself. It will come off.

Hi ALL,
I'm doing well. Still feeling great! I like this idea of a 'check in' thread.

Day 4 today and feeling great - no cravings, love the food and the weekend was easy for me because I was focused :carrot: this is huge for me because I had been at a point where I couldn't even get to lunchtime on a new program :?: but am loving this!

I just started day 2 of the detox phase and let me tell you...I LOVE this diet! i'm not hungry anymore and what i eat...which is a lot of fruit fills me up! Yesterday wasn't as bad as i thought it was going to be and i def. am looking forward to stepping on the scale in 9 days and seeing how the progress went. Question though: Has anyone started the diet when they were a week away from their "monthly friend"? I am and I'm scared that when i weigh myself next week it won't be a significant difference and I'll be angry and upset.

Hey everyone!

So I have semi-successfully completed my first day of detox. It wasn't bad, (not that I expected it to be) the only problem was I had to pee every 2 seconds.
My only thing I didn't get to do was exercise. Someone stole (maybe misplaced) my Tae-Bo dvd. I was livid, never let family members move into your house. Everyone claimed they "saw it there" but yet it was no where to be found. I was so angry I went to bed. So today I'm gonna do 60 mins of exercise to make up for my lack of proper exercise yesterday.

I wanted to ask has anyone done jump-roping as an exercise? I bought a jump-rope a year ago and I found it while I was looking for my Tae-Bo dvd and thought...hmmmm maybe I'll do jump-rope as an exercise.

Day 2 here I come!!!!!
