just curious to know...cause i start phase 3 on monday...in the book it says you can eat 4 slices of whole wheat bread per day....is this catered to any specific bread?...do whole wheat bagels count?...im guessing they do...but they are bigger then regular slices of bread so i would guess that one bagel would be equivalent to 4 slices of bread maybe?
That's probably right. Compare the calories in a slice of bread to the calories in the bagel you choose, and go from there Bread is usually around 70 or 80 calories per slice. Bagels vary widely.
