Light Snack Vs. Heavy Snack?

What is the difference between a light snack and a heavy snack? I am doing the Fs diet.:?:

I've been trying to figure that out myself

I would think that a light snack would just be a piece of fruit or vegetable like an apple or a carrot. I am not sure what a heavy snack would be considered. Maybe a thing of yogurt and and a couple of pieces of fruit. That is what I am going to do.

In EFS, a snack is considered 100 calories or less. For FS, that' s probably a light snack. I would think that a heavy snack might have some protein as part of it, but just a guess. I think Dr. Ian could have used a better editor, there's lots of ambiguity in the EFS book, though it sounds like it's a little better than the FS book.
