Skipping Meals on Fat Smash? Please Help!

I am doing the EFS and I accidentally ate meal 3 before 2. Can I eat it after, or do you have to eat them in order?

Eat it after :) EFS is low cal enough without skipping meals, and I'm afraid you'll regret it if you don't eat it all.
