New To Extreme Fat Smash
 

Good Morning Everyone,
I just picked up the Extreme Fat Smash diet book, and am ready to go! I read through a lot of postings on here and it seems that most people have had a lot of success on EFS. I want to lose about 10 more lbs. and I love the idea of having such a structured eating plan. Is there anyone else here who used EFS to lose those last ten lbs.? If so, I would love to hear if it works as well with less weight to lose.
