I'm tired of being over weight..and feeling ugly.

I know how you feel...just got back from a trip to Europe and felt like just another "fat american!"
A lady at my office has done quite well on the extreme fat smash, so I am quite encouraged by her progress.
We can do it!!

I did just about everything prescribed in the Extreme Fat Smash diet book...I couldnt really do the exercises because I work double shifts every day during the summer...I lost 6 pounds
