Another great day! Not as great as yesterday (I think it was the adrenaline yesterday), but it was a success none the less. I was going to go for a walk tonight, but ended up at Target instead to purchase a juicer. Luckily I did get in 20 crunches, 30 bicycle crunches, 200 steps on the LTT, a 30-second plank hold and 12 modified (A*K*A "girly" pushups).
Today's menu:
Brek- 1/2 c oatmeal with diced apples & cinnamon & milk, 1 cup rooibos tea
Snack- Banana Bread Smoothie (THNX bluehippo!)
Lunch- 1 serving black beans and rice wrapped in lettuce leaves
Snack- Peach pancakes
Dinner- 1 serving black beans & rice, sauteed veggies in low sodium soy sauce, olive oil & 5-spice powder. Dessert was a leftover pancake- cold (YUM!)
I snacked on cut fruit & veg the rest of the day, drank around 150 oz water and am feeling good overall. I did cave this afternoon and added sweetener to my tea. I'm OK with that! It's still 100X better that what I was hogging a week ago!!!
