Whoo hoo!

  • I am so excited!! I started Fat Smashing a little more than 3 weeks ago and I am down 17lbs!

    I had set an original goal of 30lbs by June 15, I am only 13lbs away. I am past the halfway point and can see the light at the end of the tunnel! (of course then I have to set a new goal)

    Anyways, I was just share my happy dance with you all!

  • Thanks guys, I have been really working my booty off! Not only have I been following the diet plan but I have been walking and working out too.

    It definately makes it easier to keep trucking when you see results!
  • That is so great. I am so happy for you. Please keep us posted on your progress. I am on day 2 of phase 2 and will weigh in tomorrow. As of Friday, I was down 7 lbs. I am so curious to see if any of that has come back since I have had some meat this weekend.

    How did you do so good ? Did you follow the fat smash or the extreme Fat Smash diet ? Let us know some your tips, favourite foods and workout routine in detail.

    I am doing the normal fat smash, not the extreme. I do not have the extreme book. I was eating normally (general idea) A smoothie in the morning made with plain yogurt, banana, strawberries. Normally around 10am I would do some oatmeal with cinnimon and splenda. Lunch a small garden salad. Dinner 2 cups of brown rice mixed with lots of grilled veggies and frozen grapes for a snack later.

    As far as exercise goes, I am walking everyday and doing cario for 45 mns 3x's a week.
