I have never heard of the Fat Smash Diet ~~ can someone please explain to me what it is and how it works, thanks so much!!;)

Well in a nutshell the FSD has 4 phases and is roughly about 90 days. There is phase 1 where you Detox for 9 days. That means you can only eat the allowed foods. You eat no meat, cheese, fried foods, white potatoes, no avocados but you can eat as much fruits and vegetables you would like, along with egg whites, brown rice, oatmeal, yogurt. Then Phase 2 is 3 weeks and then you can add in a little bit of the forbidden food. Then Phase 4 is adding in a little bit more of the forbidden food until you get the Temple phase.Where you should maintain. Exercise is very important and you increase it every phase. I will look to see if their is a website with some more info.

Michelle: buy the book. It would be copyright infringement to post the diet & exercise plan on the message board. Good luck if you decide to give it a go.
