Angela the steroid shot will make you blow up but it is just temporary. I think the best exercise for you is to walk as fast or as slow as you can. Planning is a BIG issue I think. I do great all week and blow it on the week ends. I'm also like you and can go up and down 5lbs. For me it's fluid and really shows when I food I don't cook myself.
HoneyBun I'm a slow loser also. I try so hard and exercise so much and nothing happens then all of a sudden boom a 5 lb loss in a week. Hang in there.
Needless to say we all need to stop the cheating.

I'm starting the EFS tomorrow. I send out a challenge to all of you to stay on plan the whole 3 wks. Who's up for the challenge??
