Dirty Rice??
 

For those following Extreme Fat Smash, what exactly is Dirty Rice? The dirty rice I know has ground beef in it and I don't think that would be allowed. I'm a little confused.....

Traditionally it's ground beef and liver, onion, and cajun seasonings.

you can also buy dirty rice from the store in comes in a box or package.

i think he needs to clear that up
 

Dirty rice is beef and rice, I googled it. I don't think that would be heplful in this diet. Maybe its another name for wild rice? Who knows, goodluck all!
