The author says Extreme Fat Smash is for people that need to lose 10 to 25 pounds, and the original Fat Smash is for people that need to lose larger amounts of weight.

Good luck with your diet, and enjoy your vacation no matter what

Hi I did not read the first book completely but I have read the second (EXTREME). I like the extreme since I am not as limited as I was during detox. But I only want to lose 25 pounds. It does say that you can start the cycles over for more weight loss.

GOOD LUCK

Hey guys I was wondering the same thing... I was going to start fat smashing but I didn't know which one. I actually bought both books because I found them used, but they haven't come yet so I haven't had a chance to check them out. I am leaning toward the Extreme because it says you can lose the weight fast. Lulu have you liked the extreme?
