Goal of the week!
To keep things interesting and people motivated we should have a goal of the week. What do you guys think? I think that the goal for this week should be do 50 leg lifts on each leg everyday once a day! How does this sound girls!?! I know that We can all do it! Even if we take a little rest between legs! :D

Great! So fromnow till Monday (Yes I know it's Tuesday) We'll set up another goal. I'll tell you tomorrow how much Ihate doing leg lifts and how much my legs hurt lol! So how does it feel being 7 poundslighter? I see on your ticker you lost seven pounds. I can't wait till i loose some weight!

I'm all for some team work. Today I walked up and down the stairs like they did on the show last week. Dr. Ian said we should strive for 10 reps....but I barely made four. Sad isn't it :^: But if I'm participating in a daily activity that I know other women are doing....that's a huge motivational tool to make it to the finish line....or lift I guess I should say ;)

HoneyBun- I honestly didn't feel it as much, but I can see it in my clothes and figure. I got som curvage going! I know it is a slow process but working on it. (sigh) if only it were easier.

Curvage is good! Have you picked up 7 pounds laltley? I have 5 pound dumbells and they are heavy! So add two more pound son to that.......MAN! 7 pounds is alot! You are doing so good! KEEP IT UP!!!!!!
