CFC back on, good incentive!
 

I couldn't wait to watch Celebrity Fit Club last night.. I think it is going to be a really good season.. I love "Ross the Intern"-he was on Jay Leno again last week. He lost a lot of weight! He looks too skinny in my opinion, but, he looks good..He is a riot to watch and listen to!:rofl: Anyone else watch it?
I needed to get back on track and I am hoping this does it.. I needed some good inspiration.. Not like my bra being too tight isn't inspiration enough..ha

I watched it mainly to see how much of a jerk Dustin Diamond would be. He'll be interesting to watch as the weeks go by. I didn't realize how big he was until they showed him shirtless. He's got one big pale gut going on.

I watched it. I love to watch CFC. This time I actually knew most of the celeb's. I look forward to this season.

I love this show also. I'm hoping to lose weight along with it. Like Teresa said, it is a very good incentive to keep you going. Let's go girls.

I usually pick a celebrity and attempt to go with their weight loss goal. It's kind of a fun challenge.

I wonder how much of Screech's behavior is a ploy for more camera time. What a buttnut! And what happened to Linda Papa-whats-her-face? Isn't this the third psychologist they've had on now?

I caught the show too. It should be good. HEY Shell829 I like your idea to pick a contestent and mirror their weightloss. Last week I finished my P1, then fell off the fatsmash wagon over the weekend. So while eating chips (I know) during CFC i made a new pact with myself to get back up and start again. I made up for the binge by doing a 1 and 1/2 hour cardio today. I love this forum it really motivates me!!

I'm excited to watch it again. Shows like this and Biggest Loser really motivate me. I'm just having trouble getting into CFC now because of all the drama with Dustin. It really takes away from the weight loss subject. Jerk.

Remember if you're going to try to match the weight loss of a particular contestant that while the show is on every 7 days, more time has elapsed in real-time.

For example, the time lapse between the first and second show was 18 days, not 7.

So don't get discouraged when you don't lose 12lbs like they do!

I love love love this show! I have watched every season. This season I decided to start smashing and I a feeling a little like Cletus at night.. you could push me over with a feather.. I am exhausted!

As for Dustin... what a tool.

Marcia Marcia Marcia... can you beleive she is 50! She looks so young.
Tiffany.. meh, never really was into here back in the day but she seems like a genuine person.
Warren G... he is so quiet! I bet if he really got PO'd at Dustin, Dustin would straighten right up! lol
who am I missing.. Cletus.. love him .. didnt know who he was but I love his attitude.
The idol chick.. she seems cool too.. and I love how she doesnt take Dustin's lipservice.

I have also watched this show since the first season. My husband and I have decided to do fat smash this season as well. I think it will be good motivation and insperation too. I feel the same about most of the characters as most everyone on here does. I think Ross is about the sweetest thing in the world, I applaud Da Brat for admitting her stinky butt problem on national TV. I think Warren G and Cletus should smack the crap out of Dustin. Ya'll are right...he is a tool, only there for publicity and take away from the weight loss experience. But hey, there is one every season isn't there? Good Luck Fat Smashers!

I've never watched the show, maybe I'll get to watch it this season!
