Extreme Fat Smash Snacks

In the snack section, there is a place stating "free snacks" does that mean we can have unlimited amounts of those snacks? One of the free snacks is hard boiled egg whites and if these are unlimited then extreme fat smash will be very easy to follow. Hoping someone has the answer to this. Thanks for the help

Still anxiously awaiting someones answer, wanting to start EFS monday and need to get food ready over the weekend and don't know if I need to boil a bunch of eggs. Sure hoping someone can help:^:

If I'm understanding correctly, then yes, you can have as much of that snack at once.

There are "free snacks" and do not count toward your snack in the list. Good luck starting the EFS!! I think you'll like it!

Did you lose all 9 pounds on EFS? congrats! I just posted that I am nervous about EFS since the calories come out REALLY low for the first week especially...
