Has anyone had any changes when it comes to going to the bathroom since doing this diet? I am sorry to ask this just wanted to know

My mom and I both have noticed changes. I think I'm not getting enough water with the increased fiber intake. I know I am getting enough fruits and veggies, so it has to be the fiber and water. How are you doing so far?

I definitely have especially during phase 1

Doing this a couple of times, Phase 1 is especially tough (if ya know what I mean ;) ) Definitely increase the water intake.

I have had a lot of changes in my bathroom habits. Drinking so much water has me in the bathroom every few minutes I feel like. As far as the other stuff, I go regularly now, almost daily which I never did before. I have had some bouts of diarrhea here and there but thats primarily when I don't eat anything but fruits & veggies. I have mostly eliminated that by adding the rice and oatmeal. I also had some problems when I added meat back in but that went away after 2 days of adding it back. Lem
