HI Smashers!!

Hi, It's been awhile since I have been here. I am on the wagon again and am tied down, and glued to it this time! Welcome to all the new Smashers, I hope I get to know all of you. I have read a few posts but have alot of catching up to do. I am currently on Day 6 of Phase 1. I gained back 20 pounds since fall of 2006 UUG. I am so exiced to hear that there is a new BIG book coming out.
