Talking welcome

welcome! I'm on my final week of phase 2, and can't wait to get into phase 3!! This board is great for supoort and ideas. Have you checked out the recipes yet? I think the most important thing is variety! Try new things, you never know what you may like! Best of luck with your smashing!

Default speaking of new things.

I finally figured out how to make stuffed bell peppers. But I have a question if anyone knows. I know that the boca "meat" is vegetarian, but is it allowed in phase 1? My mom is smashing and I'm thinking of going back to phase 1 when my cycle hits, so I don't gain.
if anyone knows, that would be great.

Welcome - you will reallylove it. I concur that variety makes this easier. The recipes are awesome. You will do fine and will get really inspired to keep pressing on. My new mantra is "Discipline is remembering what you want". It all starts with the first step.

I'm pretty sure the Boca stuff is fine. I used the "steak" strips in my stir-frys a few times.
