So, the month of love is rolling upon us. It seems as if this is a fairly small group, which frankly, I love. I'm wanting to start a challenge, by month, whether its pounds lost, minutes excersized, or water drank. So, I'm putting it out there for me, I hope you ladies<men too, if we have any!> will join me, and if not, call my name every week so I can be accountable. So, here's my challenges for me.
I
WILL lose 8 pounds in the month of February.
I
WILL do 120 minutes of cardio in the month of February.
I
WILL do 60 minutes of weight training every week in February.
For me, once it's in black and white, once I've said I WILL do something, it's become a promise, so, now I have to do it

. It's a silly method that works for me.
