NEWBIE-Show me love

  • Hey all, I am on day 1/Phase 1, and am jazzed about this program. Tell me it is doable. Am excited to converse with you all about your experiences.

    I am on Day 4 of Phase 1 and so far so good. The first 2 days were the hardest for me. Then it got better on day 3. Day 4 hasn't been to hard. I think it is very doable so far. I have a friend who has had pretty good success on this diet.

  • Welcome!! I'm a newbie too, I will be starting this Sunday, yes Superbowl Sunday. I've seen great results on this diet, it is very doable, but you have to stay motivated!! You can do it!!!!!
  • Welcome! I'm starting Monday AFTER the superbowl. I want to have everything on hand for the first 9 days. No suprises, no "whats for dinner". kwim?

    Welcome to Fat Smash! This is an absolutely wonderful group and I'm sure you'll find a lot of information even just browsing through all the posts here. I am on Day 2 of Phase 2 and this is very, very doable. After about my 6th day, I was craving chicken, but I wasn't craving sweets or chocolate or any of that other garbage I've been eating all my life. The first phase is a little tough, I won't lie, but once you get past it...you will feel fantastic! I lost 8 pounds during Phase One. I probably would have lost a little more, but I didn't work out those 9 days. It was TOM for me so I slacked in the work out department. I've kicked it up though and am aiming to 30-45 minutes for 5 days a week. I can't wait to weigh in on Monday
