another newbie
Hi everyone
Ok heres my problem. I really don't like veggies. and there are only a few fruits I eat. I tried oatmeal with yogurt in it I'm sorry but I hated it. that was not for me at all. I really want to to the diet but I get worn out with in a couple days. I've tried it 2 times already. it also doesn't help that my husband isn't following it 100%. My biggest problem is sweets. I can't go a day with out wanting something chocolaty. I know if I cant just get past p1 I'll be ok. I just cant seem to get past day 3. So any advise you could give would be great. I'm going to check out the Recipes and try this yet again Thanks Krissy |
oh yeah I also am wondering is the oatmeal 1 cup cooked or 1 cup uncooked a day?
