My day was complete insanity. And a wash as far as healthy went. BUT! It's only one day out of the rest of my life. Tomorrow, is a great day.

Angi! You are so right. One day doesn't hurt you like one year would! I know. I have let it go that long after making good habits. Glad I'm back though. :D

I want to join this challenge. I have lost 4 days.. but, I know I can do it in the time that is left.
1) I want to lose 8 lbs in February. 2) I want to exercise 5 days a week in February. 3) I want to drink 64 oz of water a day in February. Soon2b~ I used to live in Liberty, Tx. That is not too far from Houston. I lived there for most of my life. I moved to Oklahoma about 4 years ago. Now I live in Liberty, KY. Talk about irony. lol. Good luck to you all on your goals!! Hi Sherry! Yep, we actually just bought a house in Katy. But his brother lives in Dayton. We still have plans to eventually buy about 10 acres out there in Liberty and build on it.

Been on the diet 1 week and have lost 4 1/2 pounds YEH!!! also feel full and happy. I love lentils and stuff anyway so its not been too hard and today I feel absolutely fantastic. Light (weird) and energised. I had a bad dose of flu last week so have only just statretd to exercise again BUT: I WILL lose 10 pounds in FEB I WILL exercise 5 days a week for 1 hour a day I WILL drink 4 litres of water a day To a healthy March!!!! x |

Just checking in with my fellow February challengers!
I am on day 6 of Phase I. The diet is going very well. I haven't cheated at all! I have also maintained at least 2 hours of cardio each day. It killed me the first few days, but it's actually getting much easier. Don't think i'm nuts with the 2 hour workouts. I am actually a contestant in a local radio station weight loss contest. This Sunday is our first weigh-in and Monday the first person will be eliminated. As long as I don't have the least % of weight lost this week I'll be happy :) There are 10 of us total competing for a cruise for 2 to Mexico. I, of course, will win. I cheated and weighed yesterday and i'm down 6 pounds already :carrot: |
