Chickpea and Corriander Salad (phase one)
I just discovered Fat Smash and discoverered whilst Im not on it, it pretty much is exactly the same as the way I eat anyway!
Chickpea and Corriander Salad: Fry one sliced onion, 1tsp garlic and 1 tsp olive oil in a pot Add one sliced red capsicum. Add four tomatos (cubed). Season as you wish with herbs spices and balsalmic vinegar. Leave to cool. Stir through cooked (or canned, rinsed throughly) chick peas and fresh corriander. Soooo goood! |
