P1: "Pumpkin Pie" smoothie

  • "Pumpkin Pie" smoothie

    1/2 c pumpkin (canned)
    3/4 c vanilla lowfat yogurt
    1/2 c skim milk
    5 ice cubes
    couple sprinkles of pumpkin pie spice (to taste)
    1/2 TB splenda (if you choose)

    Crush ice in a blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

    I found this on the Fat Smash Forum Site and tried it last night. Very thick and creamy and so yummy!
