I need a little encouragment .
 

I have lost 48 pounds so far and I was diagnosed in August with Rheumatoid Arthritis (I wondered what all that pain I was having was) now I know ... but anyway , I have put on about 2 pounds because I am having a hard time moving in the morning or anytime in general and oh I am so so tired like fatigue tired. I battled and won a lung disease and I refuse to be burdened by this! so please pray for me and maybe a word of encouragement from all of you wonderful people who are on this weight loss journey with me.

Thank you ... I did get your message , thank you for the encouragment. losing weight is not an easy battle and knowing you are not alone in it helps. I can only hope that I can be an encouragment to others. God bless and take care.
