Hi! May I join also? I am a Christian SAHM so this group caught my eye! I am trying to lose a lot of weight as you can see in my ticker. I've put it all on in the last 4 years. I have a 2.5 year old daughter and a 3 month old son. I'm looking forward to reading through some of the past threads here. God bless!
Hi! I am also a stay at home Mom of a 2 1/2 year old little boy, however I decided last summer to start watching children in my home so he would have playmates, he really hated it when his big sister started school, she's six. It works out rather well! I am at home with my son and making money, I also sell MK, am a Sunday school teacher and we have a foreign exchange student from Brazil that has been here since August and ends her program in June, and I am anticipating starting home school this summer for my 6 year old daughter, so we are always busy at my house but, I do net during naps, meals, etc. Looking to lose weight! Thinking about starting 3 hour diet!
welcome to you . I am a stay at home mom as well , my kids are not small anymore , youngest one will be 15 this year. We are going to be welcoming a new grandbaby this year .... this will make number 2 grandchild for us and this one is a girl!!!!! .. oh yeah , I am 40/married to the man of my dreams and between the 2 of us we have 7 kids. Wow! This is a great thread! I have 2 daughters one is 4 and the other will be 6 next week. I stay home and I'm definitly a Christian. They both belong to a private christian school half days and I do some volunteering over there.
So what all do you guys do for exercise? Any treadmill runners out there??
I do the stationary cycle for my knee and excersize ... and I have been doing a 1200-1300 calorie life style change .. I try and watch all sodium/fats/ portions and the such ..... I came to this , if it's battered and fried I will deny..... if its steamed or grilled I will get my fill. I don't know but it sounded cute...)

Thats pretty much what I do for my woe. I don't think my stomach can handle fried foods anymore. The only thing I'm still guilty of eating is butter and mayo!!!
So how much have you all lost from your work outs and woe's??? I feel like I have to do high intensity work outs to lose any fat. My fat is pretty stubborn. My gym is remodeling so when thats done I'm going back to spinning classes. I lost 30 pounds in 3 months 2 yrs ago from those classes. They are addiciting but they are so very hard.
