Anyone interested in committing to a 6 week goal with me?
 

Hello~ I am looking for other Christians who are willing to get "REAL" with me for the next 6 weeks.... I mean, being held accountable with your goals and tell all. What your disappointments are old and new, your overall goals, reasoning, your beliefs, your drive, why its important and basically share with other women or men who are battling the same battle .... the flesh. I would love to get ideas... and form a group of us who will stick together at least thru the next 6 weeks, in prayer, in confidence, and in encouragement. Whatcha think??

Great!! I am so excited! I really need this...I think we need to start by praying about what we want to accomplish personally... how we can do this and put eachother on our email list. I have a few more girls who want to do this too!! This will be awesome...

A 6 week challenge sounds great! I need some support in my weight loss efforts!

How will we handle this? What about emailing privately daily? We could come up with partners and then also post here.. I just need someone to keep on me daily. I am not a very motivated person when it comes to exercise... Anyone know of any good motivational books for losing weight?

YEY! I've lost one pound since we started this challenge. But, I'm still curious, are we supposed to check in every day or send emails or what?
