I am a homeschooling mom . I live in Oregon. I have 3 kids 2 boys Joshua is 15, Micah is 8 and Mary Madeline is 3. We have homeschooled about 5 years. And I wouldnt have it any other way

Wow......this is great.......so how is your homeschooling and your dieting working out for you?

Well here it's working out really well.......dd is age 14 and is really encouraging me with exercise......she is walking with me in the mall and also we take turns on the gazelle in our home.

We began focusing on the Lord in our lives more through all of this change in our eating habits too and even though she is a little skinnyminny girl.......this is all great things for her to learn now in her younger years as well.

She as well as myself are focusing on better nutrition for our bodies and just over all taking better care of ourselves as the Lord would have us do.
